“If you see the stats of Fortune 500, the female CEOs, 80% of those women have played sports competitively through their life journey. And all those skill sets they have built, were a part of their first chapter but now also apply to everything else.” Maria Sharapova, 2023
I started competing in Track & Field when I was 11 years old.
By the time I was 16, I was competing internationally, representing my club and Great Britain. I have competed in Castellón Spain, Brno Czech Republic, Istanbul Turkey and Berlin Germany. My first individual selection for Great Britain was in 2018 to compete in the Loughborough International & European Athletics Invitational Championship in Berlin.
I partook in D1 college athletics for Princeton University, DePaul University and Elon University. Throughout my career I’ve been ranked nationally and internationally as an elite competitor.
I am proud of the commitment I’ve put into Track and Field. I stand by Maria Sharapova that the skills and discipline I’ve gained from competing as an elite athlete have impacted the way I work and think.
Track & Field is a passion that I will always hold close to my heart, from supporting my past-teammates who have since become professional athletes, to working on my own physical health. I love to run! I still represent my club (Blackheath & Bromley) now as an adult when I return to England to see my family.
